Dive centre on TV (again)

For our friends in Ireland, watch TG4 this Thursday night as the dive centre is featured on An Tuath Nua at 7pm. It's a story about the seals on the Blasket Islands, as you know, a subject dear to our hearts.

Last dive of the year

A few hardy souls came out for the final dive of the season. The sea has been lovely and flat the weather mild and sunny (really!) so we were had high hopes. We went out to Crow Rock and sure enough, from about 6m down the visibility was excellent, lots and lots of pollack and the highlight had to be the octopus that John saw. Even the temperature was ok at 10 degrees, although Denis, Della and myself were in drysuits, John as ever was in his wetsuit - very hardy these locals! That's it for 2005, wishing you all a Happy New Year and look forward to seeing you later in 2006.
